Austin the Plumber is a family-owned business based in Terrell, Texas.
Austin and Brandi Thomas are born-and-raised Terrell citizens. They care deeply about their community and even more about serving Jesus Christ. They do their best to integrate Kingdom principles into their business, serving customers ethically, with integrity, and with the most skillful methods at their disposal. They do their best to give their customers the best service and experience possible. They want to pass good leadership skills and a commitment to excellence on to their four kids. Brandi and Austin are active in their local church and encourage you to do the same!

Austin
Owner and Master Plumber, Austin has been in the plumbing industry for twelve years. He has a passion for problem-solving and his favorite thing about his job is getting to say the same jokes over and over again.
Brandi
Brandi wears many hats. She’s a manager, graphic designer, and stay-at-home mom, doing her best to keep all the juggling balls in the air. With a mix of creativity, organization, and determination, she balances projects, designing visuals, and raising a family.
Ashley
Ashley is our Grade-A office assistant and dispatcher extraordinaire. She likes game nights and being in nature, and discussing books and movies, as long as they aren’t sad.
Abel “Diddle”
Diddle has been doing plumbing for eleven years, and when Austin started a plumbing company, Diddle came too. He has a Journeyman’s license. Anime is his thing, as well as all things Japanese. He will probably introduce you to a new genre of music if you let him.
Steve
Who know’s how long Steve has been doing plumbing (five years), but he’s got a Tradesman license, and that’s just dandy! He came to work with Austin in 2025. Legend has it that he’d rather be fishing than plumbing.
Vick
Vick has been an apprentice plumber for three years, and joined Austin the Plumber in 2025. His favorite thing to do is wear hats and play video games about IP franchises he knows nothing about.
Aaron
Wanting to do plumbing as a career, Aaron joined Austin the Plumber in 2025 as an apprentice. Aaron is an expert swordsman so don’t try to start a sword fight with him. You will not win.
